1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FirstLine's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

FirstLine provides marketing automation systems — including websites, AI receptionist, lead follow-up automation, review management, and related services — for local trades and home-service businesses. Specific deliverables are outlined in your service agreement.

3. Billing & Subscription

• Plans are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis.
• There are no long-term contracts; you may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• One-time services and add-ons are billed separately and are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to required accounts, and reasonable cooperation so we can build and maintain your system. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

FirstLine retains ownership of its proprietary systems, templates, and automation frameworks. Custom content created for your business — including websites and copy — is yours upon full payment. You retain ownership of all business data, leads, and customer information.

6. Limitation of Liability

FirstLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we build systems designed to capture and convert leads, we cannot guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and your responsiveness.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by those providers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where FirstLine is registered.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
